PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which displays an image or the like and can provide fine picture quality. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with: a backboard 7 arranged on the rear of a backlight unit arranged on the rear of a display element for displaying an image or the like; a projected screw part 17 formed on the rear surface of the backboard 7 like a projection; a radiation fin 10 on which a fitting hole part 15 provided with a space part 15a including the projected screw part 17 and a through-hole 15b connected to the space part 15a is formed; and a fixing screw part 11 allowed to be screwed with the projected screw part 17 through the through-hole 15b of the fitting hole part 15 to fix the radiation fin 10 on the backboard 7.
