DIAPHRAGM AND LASH ADJUSTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability by deforming a diaphragm adequately and suppressing the damage in deforming thereof in the diaphragm and a lash adjuster. SOLUTION: The diaphragm 50 applied for the lash adjusters 27 and 28 is formed of a single membrane, and made into a cylindrical shape having a blocked upper end. One side in the axial direction for axis line is made to a membrane body 50a having a predetermined membrane thickness ta, the other side is made to a fragile part 50b having a membrane thickness tbthinner than the membrane thickness taof the membrane body 50a.
