PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a concrete pile for excavating the ground while preventing collapse of a hole wall to hold required cross section of the pile and dispense with recovery of a casing and to provide a casing tube, the casing, and the concrete pile used in this method. SOLUTION: This construction method for the cast-in-place concrete pile comprises a process for pressing the casing tube 12a made of biodegradable plastic of a hollow cylinder into the ground and excavating the inside of the casing tube to form a excavated hole in which the casing is inserted and a process for placing concrete in the casing.
