PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bay window facilitating connection between a vertical frame and a bottom plate support frame and easily cutting off water. SOLUTION: The bay window comprises the vertical frame and the bottom plate support frame. The bottom plate support frame has a vertical plate part, a horizontal plate part and a bottom plate support frame side skeleton mounting fin. The bottom plate support frame side skeleton mounting fin has a bottom plate support frame side plane part parallel with a skeleton, and a bottom plate support frame side skeleton abutting part continuous with the bottom plate support frame side plane part and abutting on the skeleton. The vertical frame is horizontally cut at the lower end, and has a vertical frame body part and a vertical frame side skeleton mounting fin. The vertical frame side skeleton mounting fin has a vertical frame side plane part parallel with the skeleton, and a vertical frame side skeleton abutting part continuous with the vertical frame side plane part and abutting on the skeleton. The lower end of the vertical frame side plane part of the vertical frame side skeleton mounting fin is placed on a vertical plate part side side-edge part of the horizontal plate part, and the vertical frame body part is fixedly placed on the horizontal plate part. A sealing material is provided between the lower face of the vertical frame body part and the horizontal plate part, and the vertical frame side plane part and the bottom plate support frame side plane part are continuous almost flush with each other.
