PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core take-out/supply device requiring a short time cycle for taking out a core from a core container and supplying it to a winding drum and having no risk of dropping the core while moving. SOLUTION: The core take-out/supply device comprises a core holding tool 5 for moving down into the core container and holding the core 1, a core turning device 10 coming below the core 1 held and raised by the core holding tool 5, positioned below the core 1 held by the core holding tool 5, and designed to reciprocate between a position B for receiving the core 1 from the core holding tool 5 and a position A orthogonal to it, a kick-out air cylinder 22 for discharging the core 1 from the core turning device 10 having received the core 1 and having come to the position A, and a horizontal conveyor 30 for axially transferring the core 1 discharged from the kick-out air cylinder 22.
