PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box, the opening method of which is easily understood and which can be repacked easily and disposal of which does not take much labour after use. SOLUTION: The packaging box 10 comprises a lower tray, an upper case 50, a joint 70 and a storing container 90. The upper case with an open lower face 50 is put on the lower tray with an open upper face to engage them with each other, and then the joint 70 is inserted into a plurality of joint inserting holes 52 formed each on side face 51 opposing in the upper case 50 to joint the lower tray and the upper case 50 to form the packaging box 10. The lower tray and the upper case 50 are formed by performing a folding processing of each one piece of corrugated paper, and the joint 70 is also formed by holding multiple jointing pieces between a lid piece 70a and an engaging piece 70d which are formed of a corrugated paper and bonding them in lamination.
