PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct assembling structure capable of simplifying an operation for fixing a duct structure to an interior part. SOLUTION: This duct assembling structure assembles a side duct unit to an instrument panel. A hollow-like insertion projection 27 is projected to the side duct unit. An engagement hole 37 formed at the outer face is formed at the insertion projection 27. An insertion recess 26 is formed at a boss 25 installed to the instrument panel. An engagement projecting part 33 projecting from the inner face is formed at the insertion recess 26. The insertion projection 27 is inserted in the insertion recess 26, so that the insertion recess 26 is fitted with the insertion projection 27, and the engagement projecting part 33 is engaged with an engagement hole 37.
