PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a plasticizing capacity and the stable plasticization of a resin by raising the temperature of the lower part of a hopper by rapidly raising the temperature of a hopper flange. SOLUTION: A rod-shaped heater 1 is installed on the front stage of the hopper flange 3, and cooling water piping 2 is also installed on the rear stage of the hopper flange 3 while a thermocouple 8 is installed in the central position of the hopper flange 3, and the temperature of the hopper flange 3 is controlled in a range of 70-130°C.
