PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the editing work efficiency of a sewing data edit device. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a display means 2 of the target point of a sewing data, a display control means for simultaneously displaying respective target points of a sewing data M1 and the other sewing data M2 which becomes an editing object for the display means, a selective input means 3 for selectively inputting the target point which becomes the editing object, a correspondence specifying means for specifying a target point P4 which is in correspondence relation regarding the order of a selected target point P3 and needle action regarding the other sewing data M2, and a distinction display means which can visually distinguish the target point P4 specified by the correspondence specifying means from the other target point among the target points of respective sewing data M1, M2 displayed by the display means.
