Absorbent hygiene article (2) including a suction body for storage of body fluids, a liquid permeable back strip (5) with a microporous respiratory active film and a moisture indicator (7) on the side opposite to the suction body in the form of a visible structured arrangement (6) placed directly on the film, which dissolves to the extent of being unrecognizeable on contact with aqueous liquid. The film side opposite the moisture indicator is covered with a thermally laminated nonwoven.
