<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag device capable of maintaining tension of a curtain part even when expansion force is eliminated by moving a fixed position of the curtain part and speedily developing the curtain part in moving this fixed part. <P>SOLUTION: This curtain airbag device is constituted to move tension parts P, P to a position of supporting pins 7, 7 as the tension parts P, P connected by string members 8, 8 are pulled to the lower side as head end parts Q, Q on a side part of the curtain part 5 is developed and expanded downward when the curtain part is developed and expanded by constituting it so as to move supporting positions (fixed positions) on both sides of the curtain part 5 by the supporting pins 7, 7 and the string members 8, 8 while the curtain part 5 is furnished with the length of three sides (X+Y+Z) in storing the curtain part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
