<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormal operation by sensitively monitoring the circuit which is to be monitored and constituted with a state machine. <P>SOLUTION: The state number of the device 10 to be supervised is made to output to the outside of the device 10. The upper limit value and the lower limit value for every state number are set up.
