<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the limitation on the strength of each member, and surely drop a pedal in the case of collision. <P>SOLUTION: The pedal support structure is equipped with a bracket 3 for holding a support shaft holding a pedal support shaft 10, a lock part which detachably locks the bracket for holding the support shaft with the bracket for holding the support shaft relatively moving to the front of a vehicle body, and a pedal bracket 2 having a guide surface extending to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. Furthermore, the bracket 3 for holding the support shaft is provided with a support part detachably supported on the lock part, a lever shaped abutting part 37 which is provided at the rear part of the lock part, and abuts to the vehicle body member when being extended to the upper direction and relatively moved to the rear part, and a guide part abutting to the approximately horizontal guide surface formed on the pedal bracket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
