摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit manufacturing method adaptable for lower cost and a smaller size. SOLUTION: This cooling unit comprises a cooling plate constructed with a pair of plate members 12, 13 opposed to each other across a cooling pipe 14 through which cooling fluid flows. The manufacturing method comprises a groove forming step of forming groove portions 122, 132 in opposed faces 123, 133 on at least one side of the pair of plate members 12, 13 for storing the cooling pipe 14, a joining step of joining the pair of plate members 12, 13 to each other so that the groove portions 122, 132 stores the cooling pipe 14, and a filling step of filling heat conductive materials between each of the groove portions 122, 132 and the cooling pipe 14.
