PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal data detection device, an abnormal data detection program and an abnormal data detection method for determining whether access data is normal even when statistical information for the access data is not available. SOLUTION: This abnormal data detection device is provided with: a data analysis means for calculating feature quantity for each CGI variation name of access data; a statistical information storage means for accumulating and storing statistical information including the mean value of the feature quantity and standard deviation for each CGI name; a statistical processing execution means for updating the statistical information stored in the storage means; an access determining means for determining whether or not the CGI names are stored in the storage means; a statistical abnormality determining means for determining whether the access data is normal in comparison between the feature quantity and the statistical information; and a directory name determining means for determining whether the access data is normal in comparison between the directory names at which CGIs are positioned depending on the input CGI names, and the directory names included in the CGI names stored in the storage means.
