PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uneven pattern on the cosmetic member of the display plate. SOLUTION: On the display plate 10 formed by providing a cosmetic member 12 such as a shell, glass, ceramic etc., on the display substrate 11, on the cosmetic member 12 a protruded part formed by transparent resin film 13 or a colored resin film is partially provided, then by etching the decorative plate part other than the transparent resin film 13 or the colored resin film, the recessed part 12a is formed. The recessed part 12a and the protruded part are provided in a pattern.
