PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slush molding powder composition which has good weather resistance, chemical resistance, adhesiveness, flexibility, and abrasion resistance, and has powder flowability, melt flowability (moldability), when molded, heat resistance and scratch resistance in an excellent balance. SOLUTION: This slush molding powder composition comprises 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. of inorganic particles (Y) having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 30μm and 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic elastomer composition powder (X) having a particle diameter of 1 to 1,000μm and comprising an acrylic polymer (B) having at least 1.1 functional groups (C) and an acrylic block copolymer (A) having a prescribed mol.wt. and comprising 15 to 50 wt.% of a prescribed methacrylic polymer block (a) and 85 to 50 wt.% of a prescribed acrylic polymer block (b) having acid anhydride groups and/or carboxyl groups.
