PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power line communication signal from flowing into an electric apparatus where connection is not permitted. SOLUTION: The power line communication signals on power lines 16a, 16b are grounded via normally-closed switches 22a, 22b and high frequency filters 24a, 24b in an initial state. An RFID reader 26 reads identification information of an RFID tag 14 which is added to a power source plug 14 inserted to a power source outlet 18 and reports it to a control circuit 28. A memory 30 stores the identification information of the RFID tag which is added to an electric apparatus where the connection is permitted. The control circuit 28 opens the switches 22a, 22b when the identification information from the RFID reader 26 is the information of the electric apparatus where the connection is permitted.
