PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna system with a MEMS device which suppresses the degradation of the antenna characteristics due to the bias line for driving the MEMS device. SOLUTION: The antenna system is provided with an element antenna conductor formed on a dielectric board, the MEMS device, a bias line conductor for driving the MEMS device, and a sealing cover for protecting the MEMS device. Further, the antenna system is constituted such that the element antenna conductor is grounded and the bias line conductor for driving the MEMS device of the element antenna with sealing structure is connected to a bias power supply out of the sealing region.
