PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transmission after the designated transmission start timing without being affected by timing at which a broadcast information updating request is received and the transmission SFN of the updated transmission data in a broadcast information updating operation in a W-CDMA radio base station device. SOLUTION: Two storage buffers, an active storage buffer and a stand-by storage buffer, for storing broadcast information transmission data are provided, broadcast information transmission data are stored in a stand-by buffer at timing at which a broadcast information updating request is received, and it is achieved by determining from transmission start timing whether data to be transmitted at each SFN timing are stored in the active storage buffer or in the stand-by storage buffer.
