PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP phone terminal, a registration server, and an IP phone system capable of solving a defect related to setting mistake of proxy server information with respect to the IP phone terminal. SOLUTION: The IP phone system includes the IP phone terminal, the registration server for registering information of the IP phone terminal, and a proxy server acting like an access destination at the establishing of the connection different from the registration server. The IP phone terminal includes a proxy server information setting means for allowing a setting person to set information of the proxy server, and a registration request transmission means for including the set information of the proxy server to a registration request to the registration server and transmitting the request. The registration server includes a proxy server information confirmation means for confirming the propriety of the information of the proxy server included in the arrived registration request, and a registration reject response transmission means for transmitting a registration reject response when the propriety of the information of the proxy server cannot be confirmed.
