PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal system without requiring a user to transfer data when the user changes his or her mobile phone nor much time to accustom himself/herself to the new model. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 1 transmits key data denoting an operated key to an AP server 3 via a base station 7, a network 8, and a distribution server 2, and the AP server 3 transmits display data corresponding to the key data received from the mobile phone 1 to the mobile phone 1. Further, the mobile phone 1 transmits data instructing registration, revision, and reading of an address directory to a DB server 5, and the DB server 5 receives an instruction from the mobile phone to register, revise and read the address directory inside itself and transmits the read data to the mobile phone 1 via the distribution server 2.
