PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound lens which has an excellent refractive index and can cut light of prescribed wavelength. SOLUTION: The compound lens 10 has a glass lens 11 formed in a spherical or rough aspherical shape and a resin layer 12 formed on a surface of the glass lens 11. The resin layer 12 is formed by dispersing and curing a metal complex, such as copper phthalocyanine and copper halide phthalocyanine containing a ligand absorbing the light of prescribed wavelength, in resin such as epoxy resin.
