PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device, and a refrigerator provided with a plurality of heat absorbing unit functioning in different temperature bands and capable of suppressing drop of compressor efficiency even if a refrigerant pipe coming out of one heat absorbing unit is connected to an intermediate pressure part of a compressor, and a compressor applicable for these apparatuses. SOLUTION: The refrigerating device 30 is provided with the compressor 1, a heat radiator 2, a cooling heat exchanger 32, the first heat absorbing unit 10 and the second heat absorbing unit 11. An oil delivery port 171 and an oil delivery valve 166 for preventing liquid compression at a time of refrigeration operation circulating refrigerant to the first heat absorbing means 10 and shutting off circulation of refrigerant to the second heat absorbing means 11 are provided at a first stage compression part 1A which is a front stage compression element of the compressor 1.
