PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed simulation by producing and indicating pseudo radar image faithful to signal processing and the like of an actual machine. SOLUTION: By using only polygon data shaded in a process with a shading processor 104, a video signal corresponding to an actual environment that an actual radar installation receives is simulated with using an IQ video signal calculator 109 and an IQ video synthesizer 110. Then by the I/F signal of a signal processor 112 calculated with an I/F simulator 111, the signal processor 112 is functioned identically to the signal processor of the actual radar installation.
