PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet head constituted of a substrate, a liquid channel, an adhesive layer, and a panel in which a translucent panel can be used, the nozzle is not deformed with pressure when the panel is bonded, and the nozzle is not clogged with adhesive. SOLUTION: The ink jet head comprises a liquid channel provided in a first substrate and communicating with an opening for ejecting liquid, and a liquid chamber communicating with the liquid channel. A part of the liquid chamber consists of a second substrate having a recess and the bonding margin corresponding to the liquid channel of the second substrate is thicker than the adhesive layer of the first and second substrates.
