PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated thermoplastic resin film having excellent transparency and reduced in extremely thin continuous dot-like coating stripe flaw. SOLUTION: The laminated thermoplastic resin film with a haze of 1.5% or below is constituted by providing a coating layer, which contains a copolyester resin or a resin component containing the copolyester resin and a polyurethane resin and particles, at least on one side of a base material being a thermoplastic resin film and characterized in that the number of the continuous dot-like coating stripe flaws, wherein flaws each of which has a nucleus defined by formula 1:10μm≤Dd≤35μm and formula 2:30 nm≤Dt≤800 nm present in the laminated film are continued in a state defined by formula 3:n≥2 and formula 4:t≥10 mm, is 30/m<SP>2</SP>or below. In the formulae 1, 2, 3 and 4, Dd is the long diameter of the nucleus, Dt is the maximum height of the nucleus, n is the number of nuclei defined by the formulae 1 and 2 per 1 mm of the continuous dot-like coating stripe flaw and t is the length of the continuous dot-like coating stripe flaw.
