PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble separation method which has excellent separation selectivity of a substance to be separated and its high recovery rate, and can perform continuous stable separating operation, and a bubble separation device therefor. SOLUTION: In the bubble separation method for separating the substance to be separated by using the adsorptivity of the surface of bubbles generated by injecting gas into charge liquid containing a surfactant, introduction liquid using the same solvent as that of the charge liquid is supplied to the bubbles.
