PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest structure of a seat for a vehicle capable of changing a tension of a screen member according to a situation. SOLUTION: A net 32 can be stretched across adjoining armrests 20. The respective armrests 20 store support rods 44 therein, when improving the tension of the net 32, the support rods 44 are taken out therefrom and locked to the opposite-side armrests 20, and the support rods 44 and the front/rear edges of the net 32 are connected by locking members 48.
