PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitting device for enjoying the aroma of essential oil or safely enjoying the aroma and smoke obtained by burning incense. SOLUTION: The emitting device 1 pulsates the inner pressure of a housing chamber 21 provided with a bottomed release port 10 opened to the atmosphere by swinging the diaphragm 31 of a pressure control chamber 26 connected through a communication hole 25 to release the smoke and aroma from the release port 10. By pulsating the inner pressure of a housing chamber 21, operation of taking outside air 9 through the release port 10 and emitting the aroma and smoke 5 is repeated.
