摘要 |
N-alkyl- or N-cycloalkyl-bis-(benzothiazole-2-sulphen)amides are prepared by reacting an N-alkyl- or N-cycloalkyl-benzothiazole-2-sulphenamide with an anhydride of the acetic acid series. The reaction is preferably conducted at temperatures of from 25 DEG to 75 DEG C. for periods of from 10 minutes to 24 hours. The reaction may be carried out in an inert solvent or in a large excess of anhydride. Specified anhydrides are those of acetic, propionic and butyric acid. The examples describe the preparation of N - isopropyl - bis - (benzothiazole - 2 - sulphen)-amide, N - cyclohexyl - bis - (benzothiazole - 2 - sulphen)amide and N-ter.-butyl-bis-(benzothiazole-2-sulphen)amide. |
