The protective-decorative panel (11) has a magnetized laminar base (3) such as magnetized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet for magnetically affixing to the front wall (2) of the dishwasher (1). A decorative printed sheet (4) is adhered to the laminar base. An independent claim is also included for covering method of front, side surfaces and cover of household appliances.
