<p>The invention discloses a four-drum differential lifting mechanism for a container crane capable of slinging double 40-ft containers, which comprises motors, reducers and the corresponding speed brakes, winch drums and the corresponding brakes. It characterizes in that at least one motor is provided; the reducer connected to the output-end of the motor is planetary differential reducer, which provided with high speed input shaft, low speed output shaft and differential output shaft; the high speed input shaft is connected to the output-end of the motor, at least one high speed brake is provided on the high speed input shaft; four two-wire winch drums are connected to four low speed output shafts; winch drum brakes are arranged on the corresponding winch drums; differential shaft brakes being constituted of at least two differential shaft brakes arranged on the two differential output shafts; revolving of the two differential output shafts of the planetary differential reducer is controlled by two differential shaft brakes, so as to dispense the power of planetary differential reducer, thereby achieves the synchronous operation of the double slings or else the independent operation of a single sling to meet the requirement of load and unload, and the efficiency of container crane for load and unload can be improved by at least 60%, so it would be quite practical.</p> |
