PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for performing suction of beads by means of a vacuum chamber substantially uniformly to the width direction of a supporting body (web).

SOLUTION: Interval CL between a back plate 26A of the vacuum chamber 26 arranged along the width direction of the web and back up roller 12 and thickness T of the back plate 26A with respect to the running direction of the web 14 are set so as to satisfy the following relations; [(CLmax-CLmin)/ä(CLmax+CLmin)/2}]≤1.6, [(Tmax-Tmin)/ä(Tmax+Tmin)/2}]≤1.6.
