DIAPHRAGM PRESSURE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pressure sensor of a simple structure capable of achieving compactness.

SOLUTION: The diaphragm pressure sensor comprises both a diaphragm 6 containing a stress luminescent material and a light reception part for receiving light emitted by the diaphragm. To be concrete, the diaphragm 6 is provided for an opening part of a box body, and the light reception part is provided for a location opposite to the diaphragm in the box body. A condensing lens 3 may be arranged between the diaphragm 6 and the light reception part.
