<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like sheet-shaped product excellent in biodegradability and durability and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The leather-like sheet-shaped product comprises a super fine nonwoven fabric (A) containing at least a biodegradable aliphatic polyester fiber and substantially constituted of a fiber material in which filaments having 0.0001-0.5 dtex monofilament fineness are mutually interlaced. The leather-like sheet-shaped product is produced by interlacing the filaments able to generate the superfine biodegradable aliphatic polyester fiber having at least 0.0001-0.5 dtex by needle punching, generating the superfine fiber and bringing the same to the super fine fiber nonwoven fabric (A), subsequently overlapping the same with a woven fabric or a knit fabric (B), interlacing them by treating with a high speed fluid under at least 10 MPa pressure and dying the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
