PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a structure wherein right and left rear wheels independently move in a vertical direction, and to preventing falling down by moving upward the wheel on turning inside (or moving downward a turning outside wheel) and shifting center of gravity of a machine body to the turning inside, at the time of turning. SOLUTION: The right and left wheels 3, 3 are independently lifted in the vertical direction.
