PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a heat pipe restrained in height, low in noise, compact in form and high in radiating efficiency even in the case that it is used for an electronic apparatus in which a height is limited such as a personal computer and a game device. SOLUTION: A heat sink with a heat pipe is provided with one or a plurality of heat receiving blocks that are thermally connected with one or a plurality of heating elements requiring cooling; a plurality of heat pipes that are thermally connected with the heat receiving blocks and transporting heat from the heat receiving blocks; radiating fins comprising a plurality of annular sheet-like fins that are thermally connected with the heat pipes inserted through and juxtaposed to form a cavity inside; and a centrifugal fan arranged in the cavity in such a manner that the rotation axis of the centrifugal fan is roughly perpendicular to the annular sheet-like fins, to take in air from the upward and/or downward directions of the radiating fin parts and to exhaust the air toward the side of the radiating fins.
