PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil bobbin device in which disconnection of coil wire can be prevented. SOLUTION: The coil bobbin device 100 comprises a cylindrical body 20, flanges 2 and 3 formed at the opposite ends of the body 20, an ear 10 connected to a part of the tangential surface of the flange 3, a terminal 4 connected to the end of the ear 10, terminals 5 and 6 juxtaposed to project perpendicularly to the terminal 4 and radially outward of the body 20, projections 7a, 7b and 7c projecting perpendicularly to the terminal 4 and radially outward of the body 20 to clamp each root of the terminals 5 and 6 on the terminal 4 from the opposite sides of the body 20 in the circumferential direction, and a projection 7d projecting perpendicularly to the terminal 4 and radially outward of the body 20 to surround each root of the terminals 5 and 6 on the terminal 4 from three ways in conjunction with the projections 7a, 7b and 7c.
