PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroplating device for a steel strip where dendritelike precipitates in the edge parts of a steel strip generated upon electroplating for the steel strip can be removed for a long time. SOLUTION: In the electroplating device for a steel strip provided with: each edge mask for preventing the overcoat in the vicinity of each edge part of a steel strip; and each blade provided integrally with the edge mask on the outlet side in the passing direction of the steel strip in the edge mask, pressing each edge part of the steel strip and removing dendritelike precipitates in the edge part of the steel strip, each blade is composed of a first blade and a second blade having an elastic modulus of 800 to 3,000 MPa and an elongation of <500%, and arranged to the passing direction of the steel strip from the upstream side, and the second blade is a resin plate having an elastic modulus higher than that of the first blade and an elongation lower than that of the same.
