PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape which does not cause a tunnel phenomenon, and is optimal for processing works such as a punching work, even when a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate is used. SOLUTION: This method for producing a roll-like double-sided adhesive tape comprises a process for coating an adhesive on the mold release side of mold release paper prepared by applying a mold release treatment to at least one side polyolefin resin layer of paper having polyolefin resin layers laminated to both the sides of the paper, drying the coated adhesive to form the first adhesive layer, and then laminating the first adhesive layer to a substrate comprising a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film having a thickness of 10 to 120μm to form a constituent; and a process for coating an adhesive on the mold release side of mold release paper prepared by applying a mold release treatment to at least one side polyolefin resin layer of paper having polyolefin resin layers laminated to both the sides of the paper, drying the coated adhesive to form the second adhesive layer, and then rolling the produced double-sided adhesive tape.
