PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burnt ash transport system and a transporting method capable of transporting the burnt ash containing noxious substances such as soot and dust etc. generated in an incineration place etc. while the powder state is held as it is and of utilizing a carriageway or railroad as applicable. SOLUTION: The burnt ash transport system is to store the burnt ash generated from a rubbish incinerating site etc. in a sealed vessel or a tightly closed vessel and transport it, is equipped with an storage means 2 to evacuate inside the sealed vessel or tightly closed vessel, send the burnt ash by pressure and feed to the sealed vessel or tightly closed vessel, a transporting means 4 to transport the ash upon sealing the sealed vessel or tightly closed vessel in which the burnt ash is stored by the storage means, and an ejecting means 5 to eject the burnt ash in the sealed vessel or tightly closed vessel transported by the transporting means out of the sealed vessel or tightly closed vessel through utilization of a compressed air.
