PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately search for and display defective yarn packages causing frequent operation stop. SOLUTION: This creel warper device is provided with a warper for raveling out yarn from a plurality of yarn packages fitted into a creel and winding the yarn around a winding beam; a length measuring device for measuring winding length of the winding beam; and sensors provided for every yarn package and detecting abnormality of the yarn raveled out from the yarn packages. The creel warper device includes a determination means into which signals from the sensors and the length measuring device are input and which determines the quality of the yarn packages based on the abnormality detection frequency with respect to each yarn package and the winding length in a period corresponding to the abnormality detection frequency, and a display for displaying defective yarn packages based on the defective determination signal from the determination device.
