PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning method capable of being efficiently performed according to the circumstance of the soil without particularly requiring many apparatus constitutions and affected by a geographical feature and a distance, and an apparatus. SOLUTION: Concentrations of CO<SB>2</SB>gas continuously measured by CO<SB>2</SB>gas sensor network units 26, 26, etc. are, respectively, transmitted to a gateway 30 from attached radio network modules 26c, 26c, etc. making the other CO<SB>2</SB>gas sensor network units 26, 26, etc. as junction points or directly. A host computer 24 accumulates the received measurement values, analyzes the variation and displays the analysis result on a monitor 20. Further, the host computer 24 calculates the optimum flow rate of the pouring liquid from the analysis result and controls driving of a water-pouring pump 20a and a pump 34a through the gateway 30 by radio.
