PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over tube for an endoscope device which can be used even in an ordinary endoscope, in which an air supply port is not formed on the tip of an inserting part, as a double balloon type endoscope. SOLUTION: In this over tube 50, a first balloon 80 is attached via an air supply tube 82 onto the tip end of a tube body 51 with a second balloon 60. Thereby an ordinary endoscope without having an air supply/suction port may be used as a double balloon type endoscope when the over tube 50 is used. On the other hand, because the first balloon 80 is attached onto the tip end of the tube body 51 via an extensible/contractible air supply tube 82, relative inserting/extracting motion between the tube body 5 and an inserting part 12 is smoothly performed by extending/contracting action of the air supply tube 82.
