<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply sterilize the interior of a clean room in a fan filter and a sterilizing apparatus and method for the clean room retaining the environment inside the bioclean room microbially clean in particular. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizing apparatus for the clean room is provided with the fan filter unit 14 formed to close a tightly sealing cover 24 covering an opening part 22 of a fan of the clean room 12, an opening/closing shutter 50 closing a vent hole 18 of the clean room 12, a sterilizing gas supply part 16 supplying the sterilizing gas 15 to the clean room 12, and a control part 20 closing the opening part 22 of the fan filter unit and also closing the vent hole 18 with the opening/closing shutter 50, then supplying the sterilizing gas 15 thereto from the sterilizing gas supply part 16, and controlling it at a set concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
