<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door control device enabling a door to be automatically opened without any operation by a user while suppressing lowering of security level. <P>SOLUTION: A door lock is unlocked and the door is opened by a control part 32 on the vehicle side when an image control part 33 judges that a user has a baggage, i.e., at least one of the hands of the user is occupied from image data of the user photographed with a camera 34. Whether the hand of the user is occupied or not is judged based on comparison of a reference length and reference shape of the arm of the user in preliminarily set reference image data with a length and shape of the arm in the image data obtained with the camera 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
