<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute a picked-up image picked up by a network camera by reducing a processing load in the network camera, a load to a network and a processing load in a browsing PC. <P>SOLUTION: A digital video recorder 103 receives picked-up images picked up by a plurality of network cameras 101 from the network cameras via a network 102. The picked-up images of the network cameras are reduced and one reference image is produced in which the reduced images are fitted into predetermined divided regions so as to browse the reduced images on one display screen. This reference image is distributed to a browsing PC 104 that desires browsing, so that the browsing PC can acquire the reference image with which all the picked-up images can be browsed, from the digital video recorder without requesting the distribution of the picked-up image to each of the plurality of network cameras. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
