<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control generation of a waiting time by external setup work of auxiliary devices while minimizing the number of auxiliary devices. <P>SOLUTION: The method for making a production plan is applied to a production facility including a plurality of auxiliary devices which are removable from the production facility but need external setup before reincorporation to the production facility after removed from the production facility, one of the plurality of auxiliary devices being regularly used for production, and each auxiliary device corresponding to each of two or more kinds of productions. In this method, the production plan lot of each kind is assigned in order by use of a creation support means assigning it in the ascending order of the lot side. Since the later production plan lot size is larger, there is little possibitity that, in the production plan, the same auxiliary device is used again before completion of the external setup work of the auxiliary devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
