PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper improved in the adhesion of a foamed resin layer with a paper base material and the surface contamination resistance of the foamed resin layer. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper is constituted by successively laminating a non-foamed resin layer A, a foamed resin layer and a non-foamed resin layer B on the paper base material and characterized in that (1) the resin constituting the respective resin layers is an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, (2) the vinyl acetate content of the resin constituting the non-foamed resin layer A is larger than that of the resin constituting the foamed resin layer and (3) the melt flow rate of the resin constituting the non-foamed resin layer B is less than that of the resin constituting the foamed resin.
